Foreclosure Cleanup Jobs: Register with These Companies for Foreclosure Cleanup Work Orders
Hi Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners,
I hope all is going well for you with your foreclosure cleanup business. Just a few leads below for foreclosure cleanup work. Remember, it's a numbers game: the more companies with which you register for foreclosure cleanup work, the faster your company will grow and the more money you'll make.
I'm noticing that some of the property preservation company applications are becoming more cumbersome, but most are still pretty simple, and will lead to work orders.
Take a day this week and sign up with 15 or 20 companies so you can start receiving work orders for your business that can include everything from basic trashouts, to inspections and securing homes, yard work, roof work and more.
Contracts: Also, check out this post that talks about foreclosure cleanup contracts (though most property preservation companies will have their own), so you get an idea of what to put in your own foreclosure cleanup contract. As you get busier as a result of working with larger companies, you may want to
subcontract out or refer out some of the work your company will receive.
