Cleanup and Repair Bid Needed for Townhome: Cleaning, Painting, Repairs, Etc.
Hi Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners,
We received this request from a client who needs "real estate" cleanup assistance with a townhome in Norcross, Georgia. This is NOT a foreclosure. Here's the paraphrased synopsis from the client:
I have a friend who needs help. His townhome is in pretty bad shape. He has been unable to clean the home due to medical issues. He has two shedding cats. The townhome has cat litter mess upstairs and in downstairs bathroom. It's a small townhome that is maybe 1200 square feet, in total. The place needs ALL mess and cat litter and ALL flooring (carpets and linoleum) ripped and hauled out. (He will then have new flooring put in more suitable for cats). The place needs painting, too, and it also needs new toilet seats, etc. PLEASE HELP! My friend is better now, and will have a cleaning lady handle the property after the cleaning and repairs. (I'm telling you so you know your efforts will not be for nothing!) It's really in bad shape, but not too much clutter.
NOTE: Here's some quick information about Norcross, Georgia via Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norcross,_Georgia. Visit http://www.mapquest.com to map from your area.

We have no more info on the job other than what's stated above, so please save any questions for the potential client. If you get the job, this will be between you and the client. We are simply passing the info on as part of our informal outsourcing.
