RUSH Bid Needed:  Apartment Building, Window Boarding, Yard Work (Job for this Weekend)

Hi Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners,

RUSH Bid Needed:  Apartment Building, Window/Door Boarding, Yardwork (Job for this Coming Weekend)
Hi everyone ... hope your weekend was good and profitable. Just fielded request from potential client needing a rush bid (remember, we outsource jobs periodically, informally).

Job Overview:  The client has an apartment building in South Atlanta (Bolton Road). County has said they need to get windows boarded and yard cleaned up ASAP. Pretty sure they'll likely need door boarding as well. It's 72 windows and 38 doors in total on his and his wife's portion of the building. It is an abandoned apartment complex.

Take Precaution (Personal Note): Think I know the complex, and if I'm remembering correctly, there were a few squatters in some of the units.  Don't quote me on that but almost sure I can picture this complex.  I say this to say take precaution if you opt to bid. Could be a big job, but take safety precautions.

Work this Weekend:  They want bids as soon as you can, no later than this Wednesday, 10/27/10, and the work needs to be done on or by Saturday, 10/30/10 (this weekend).  They have one quote, but are seeking others before deciding...  When county fines are pending (we're seeing more and more of this in the industry, clients need jobs done quick and to code.)

Want to Bid?  If interested in bidding on the job, simply email me at bid@foreclosurecleanup.biz by 5:00 PM EST tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/26/10, and I will give you contact info of the potential client. Simply put BOLTON ROAD in your subject line and I will email you client name and phone no.

We have no more info on job other than what's stated above, so please save any questions for the potential client.  If you get the job, this will be between you and the client. We are simply passing the info on as part of our informal outsourcing.

TIP: This job will be a big "supply" outlay in ply, nails, etc., so consider getting part of your money up front (I'd ask for no less than 30-50%). Go in with a tight contract. If they are shooting for Saturday, County will likely come out and inspect the following week.  Make sure your work is NOT contingent upon county's successful inspection.

Good luck to you -- and let me know how it goes, please. :)
Cassandra
