Hi Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners,
A HUGE congrats to a colleague! Read on... :)
Congrats to Foreclosure Cleanup Business Getting 10 Work Orders from Property Preservation Company
Congrats!
Congrats to new foreclosure cleanup business owner ("AZ") who sought consulting advice from us. He received ten work orders from a property preservation company with more work down the pipeline. Super! (Click here to see email he shared.)
In a follow-up email, I reminded AZ to read our previous editorial about what to expect when you start getting work orders.
Questions About the Industry?
If you have questions about the industry, send us an email from the consulting site and I'll get back to you. May take me a bit (I get tons of industry queries), but I answer each and every email.
My Tropical Update
Been offline for few days re: stormy weather in my neck of woods (most of you know I am currently consulting from tropics for bit). Things are back to normal for moment, but another storm is brewing in Caribbean Sea.
My humble abode flooded, but cleaned the water up pretty quickly. Never seen anything like this; kind of scary, but I was at ocean's edge with about eight kids day before yesterday watching the waves tower a neighboring bar. Wow, nature.
Often means no internet and no electricity for long stretches... but what can you do; trade off for the beauty.
Press
An Atlanta Journal-Constitution ("AJC") reporter called today to do a story about our industry. We will conference on Monday. Hope to shed some light on all the great small business owners who are rocking this industry and helping to get homes safe, secure and in selling shape. You're the diamonds in our industry; and you are appreciated!
Good luck to you with your foreclosure cleanup business.
