HUD Shells Out Another $1 Billion Dollars to Clean Up, Clear Out and Rehab Foreclosures

Hi Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners,

The below post is one we used on our blog just the other day... wanted to share it with you quickly in case you missed it so you know there are "NEW" funds out there that can come directly to YOUR business ... see below. REMINDER:  Don't forget to peek at the Golden Nuggets below.

HUD Shells Out Another $1 Billion Dollars to Clean Up, Clear Out and Rehab Foreclosures

nullAnother $1 Billion Available to Stabilize Hard-Hit Neighborhoods

HUD just recently awarded an additional $1 billion dollars to state and county governments to assist communities in reversing the effects of the housing and foreclosure crisis. These monies can be used to assist with the cleanup of vacant homes throughout communities across the United States.

This monetary grant represents the third round of Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding earmarked for acquiring, redeveloping, or demolishing foreclosed properties. All 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia have been designated to receive monies from this allocation. HUD says today, 95 cents of every dollar from the first round of Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding is obligated and is in full use by communities throughout the country, buying up and renovating homes, and creating jobs.

To Flourish for Years

The foreclosure cleanup industry will continue to flourish over the years. Foreclosure cleanup services are needed all over the U.S. (Even beyond the foreclosure crisis, real estate cleanup services are "evergreen" and will be needed throughout the country as long as real estate is being bought and sold.)

Are You Ready?

Is your business properly set up (licensed and insured) to take advantage of these opportunities? If not, plan to formalize your business so you can take advantage of the additional $1 billion dollars HUD has on the table to help get foreclosures cleared out, cleaned up, repaired, and maintained until they are sold.

Good luck!

Where's the Money???

You know we're digging to find out who is getting (and who has gotten) all that HUD money in your community to fix up and maintain the flood of foreclosures on the market. When we find out, we will fashion a list of contacts and prepare it for publication.

Early Bird ... Gets the Contract!

If you'd like to be notified immediately upon completion of the Where's the Money? list, simply let us know via a blank email (info@foreclosurecleanup.biz) with the subject line:  Where's the Money? For those who email us, before we officially publish the Where's the Money? list, we will let you know first via a pre-publication email announcement so you can start contacting HUD grant recipients to ask how to get on their list of cleanup vendors in your county or state so you can provide your foreclosure cleanup company's services.

Approximately one (1) day after our special pre-pub date, we will announce the new publication to everyone online. This will give you a quick window of opportunity to peruse the list and to make contact with HUD grant recipients before your competitors.

We're digging, and we're almost there! Stay tuned... :-)
