Investor Needs Foreclosure Cleanup Company for Four Properties ...

An investor needs a company in the Atlanta area to clean and paint (interior; white paint) four homes... seeking bids. If interested, please simply send me the email you'd like me to forward on to the investor. He's back and forth from another state, currently only has one bid in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and is ready to get rolling with this project.

Please, be licensed and insured (only licensed and insured companies' info will be forwarded). Here's what the investor client needs: "Four Homes: Clean up (dust, mop, vacuum, etc., and wipe the blinds, etc.) and paint each room a basic white."

Please word your emails as if you're sending them directly to this possible client (with your full contact info), and I will forward them on to him... Please do NOT follow-up with us about this work or query us about what client needs (I have posted a quote from his email above); I will simply forward your info to the potential client -- until we work out the kinks of our new outsource program -- and, if the client is interested in your company, they will contact you; not me. (I will get bombarded otherwise with questions, so please forgive the stern tone there... :) )

We will do this informal back and forth outsourcing until I get our formal outsourcing kinks worked out.
